Download Policy
At Southampton Arts, we offer a wide range of art classes and workshops that you can attend in person or online. After you purchase a class or workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information. If you have any trouble accessing the materials or the class, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you. Please note that all class materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed without our permission. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel a class or workshop. If that's the case, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, we will issue a credit that can be used towards another class or workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for missed classes or workshops. Thank you for your cooperation.
