We all have a need to be creative, and having our very own personal art journal helps us to do just that. By combining images and writing, with use of pencil, sketching, pen, watercolour crayon, and more, Write down our insights, thoughts and poetry we are telling our own unique stories, slowing down our thinking process and helping ourselves to find solutions in life as well as practising art techniques and embracing imperfections.
