Apartment Rental - Instructor Cost

Nightly Rental fee of $60/night while instructing at Southampton Arts

  • Terms and Conditions

    **Please note that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible, as it is up a flight of stairs, and the thermostat is located in the Art School, which is controlled by the instructor of the class**

    • The tenant is required to check in at the Gallery front desk, located at 3-201 High St, between 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm during business days unless prior arrangements have been made with SA staff. The guest is required to check out by 11:00am, and return the apartment key, as directed by SA staff. 

    • The Apartment fee is $50 per night, while the tenant’s class is in session. Longer stays must be discussed with SA. Should the tenant need to cancel their stay, a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied. If the tenant provides less than 7 days notice for cancellation, there will be NO REFUND granted.

     

    • The tenant is responsible for supplying their own linens, bedding(including pillow) and towels.

    • The apartment is  smoke and pet free.

    • The tenant is responsible for leaving the Apartment the way they found it. Please ensure the fridge is empty, garbage is in one bag and tied, the lights are turned off, the windows are closed, and the door is locked. 

    • Any broken or damaged items need to be reported to info@southamptonartscentre.com right away. Any stolen items will be the responsibility of the tenant to replace. The SA has an inventory of apartment items that is accessible to the tenant, and can be found in the information binder, located in the apartment.

    • Check in is after 2:00pm

    • An invoice for the apartment rental will be emailed to you for payment 14 days before the check-in date and on confirmation that your class is running.
