Maker's Table

The Maker's Table Studio

Join us for an afternoon, evening, or full day of creative fun. The Maker’s Table offers artisan-inspired craft and art classes designed to be completed in just a few hours—no need to bring your own supplies. These sessions are perfect for adults who want to explore their creative side, try something new, and enjoy crafting in a relaxed, social setting with other creative people.

Throughout the year we also host special events and workshops, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on everything happening in the Firehall Studio at The Maker’s Table.

Maker's Table classes and events will be held in our Firehall Studio.

The Firehall Studio is located at the back of the Southampton Arts Centre building under the Gateway to the Arts.

We have a few classes that are held in other locations, so be sure to check the location of your class when registering.

Crafternoons at the Maker’s Table Studio

Why do the kids get to have all the fun? Gather your friends and spend a creative afternoon at our Maker’s Table Studio with Crafternoons - two hours of fun, relaxed arts and crafts designed to be enjoyed together. Try a variety of quick, easy, and engaging craft projects, inspired by projects on Pinterest. Perfect for beginners and seasoned makers alike. Fun, quick and easy projects. Come unwind, chat, and create something special in a welcoming, hands-on environment. A maximum of 10 participants per session. Sessions start in April. Check out our website for dates and times.

We don’t have any products to show here right now.

We are working on the Crafternoon Schdule and will have something by the end of March!

Team Building Through Creativity
Bring your team together in a relaxed, inspiring setting with a one-hour art lesson at our Arts Centre. Designed for local organizations and groups of up to 10 people, these guided creative sessions encourage collaboration, communication, and a little playful experimentation—no prior art experience required. It’s a refreshing way to step away from the everyday routine, spark new ideas, and strengthen connections while creating something meaningful together.

The Ontario Trillium Foundation Seed Grant is supporting the launch of The Maker’s Table, a pilot program offering accessible, small-group craft workshops that will run throughout the year and extend into the shoulder seasons when programming is typically limited. Funding is helping to equip Southampton Arts’ accessible Firehall Studio, support skilled instruction, and provide some materials so participants can explore a variety of crafts,
