Art School Rental - Half Day - 3.5 hrs

A half day rental of the Art School is any 3.5 hour range.
A door code will be issued once the invoice has been issued and paid by the Customer.
Plastic MUST remain on the tables at all times. If there are large spills, please clean up as soon
as possible, there are cleaning supplies under the art sinks. Please wipe down the surface of the tables to remove any large amounts of paint while wet.  There are cleaning supplies under the art sink. AS WELL AS SCRUBBY PADS.
DO NOT leave the back door of the school open for any reason. We have friendly chipmunks
that like to visit.
If you need air flow open the window in the back door, or the class room windows with screens
If you blow a fuse while using the plugs, the breaker is in the apartment behind the picture at the
bottom of the stairs. An apartment key hangs on the bulletin board if we do not have a tenant.
NO Easels are to be removed from the building for any reason.
Please dump all garbages into the large garbage can adn put on the lid. We will have this removed at the end of the day.
If you are low in bathroom supplies, please check the cabinet in the bathroom first, then call the
office if needed.
The thermostat is already programmed, DO NOT ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT. Please switch to heat or cool, whichever is appropriate for the season and hit the run button. If it gets too cold, just turn the setting off for a few hours, DO NOT open doors when the air is running.
