Full Day rental 9am - 4pm
Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
The premises may only be used between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Tables and chairs are supplied. All tables must be properly covered when using any materials that may mark, stain, or otherwise damage surfaces.

The renter agrees to leave the studio in clean condition. Any damage to the premises, furnishings, or equipment resulting from use will be the responsibility of the renter.Liability:
The renter agrees to keep SAC absolved against all claims and demands whatsoever by any person, whether in respect of damage to person or property, arising out of or occasioned by the maintenance, use, or occupancy of the premises.Use of Premises:
The renter shall not do, or permit anything to be done, that may:- Cause damage to the premises or neighboring premises
- Make void or voidable any insurance upon the premises
- Cause injury or annoyance to neighbouring tenants, including through excessive noise or adjustment of room temperature
Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of rental privileges.
