About the event
Dementia can change many aspects of a relationship, but not the need for love and affection. Kirsten understands how dementia affects communication, and teaches some useful strategies to help communication throughout the progression of the disease.
This is an exhibit to showcase the results of a day of ART THERAPY for the caregivers of a loved one with dementia.
We aim to promote the many and varied services of support from the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce. There will be an information booth set up with lots of contact information for programs and support available.
